Steven is believed to be moving on foot and resides in the Scarborough area, specifically in a long-term care home. This is not the first time he has gone missing, which adds to the concerns of the police and his family. In response to his disappearance, Toronto police have announced that they will be increasing patrols in the area where he was last seen. Additionally, drone support has been deployed to assist in the search, highlighting the level of resources being committed to finding Steven.
