After making the withdrawal, the woman stored the cash in her walker’s basket and proceeded to a fast-food restaurant nearby. However, surveillance indicates that the suspects had been trailing her from the bank to the restaurant. Once inside, two of the suspects engaged her in conversation, effectively obstructing her view while the third individual stealthily accessed the basket and removed the money before the trio fled the scene.

The first suspect is identified as a male, who was last seen wearing a green and grey scarf covering his face, paired with a green tartan hat. He also donned a black winter coat, complemented by dark pants and dark shoes. This description highlights his intention to conceal his identity while participating in the crime.
