Physically, Adlam is described as a white male with a slim build. He is bald and sports a beard, along with a prominent large facial tattoo that distinguishes him from others and might help the public in identifying him.
As part of his conditional release, Adlam is subject to several stringent restrictions designed to ensure public safety. These conditions include a prohibition against associating or communicating with anyone under the age of sixteen, as well as a ban on engaging in any activities involving minors.
