Police in Halton have charged a 25-year-old rideshare driver from Etobicoke, identified as Mandeep Singh, with two counts of sexual assault following incidents that took place in Burlington on June 16, 2023. However, the situation escalated when Singh reportedly followed the woman to a nearby business. Once there, he approached her again and allegedly sexually assaulted her for a second time. Fortunately, the victim did not sustain any physical injuries from the assaults.
