Investigators in Peel Region are seeking public assistance regarding the business activities of a Brampton lawyer accused of defrauding clients of millions of dollars. The allegations against Pawanjeet Mann, a lawyer at PJ Mann Law, have prompted a significant criminal investigation.
According to Peel Regional Police (PRP), the fraud bureau received multiple complaints from the public during July and August 2025 concerning Mann's conduct and the use of his trust account. These complaints claim that complainants have been financially harmed to a sum exceeding $3 million.
The investigation is underway following complaints that highlight the serious nature of Mann's alleged misconduct. He operates out of PJ Mann Law, located at 214-5 Brisdale Drive in Brampton. This situation has raised considerable concern among clients and the broader legal community.
Further compounding the allegations, the Law Society of Ontario revoked Mann's license less than a month prior to the police investigation, after a tribunal found him guilty of serious violations. Moreover, Mann was found to have attempted to mislead the Law Society during its investigation into his actions.
