Toronto police have charged a man in connection with a series of sexual assaults and incidents of forcible confinement that took place in the city’s west end on Wednesday. The events occurred in the area surrounding Kipling Avenue and Dundas Street West, prompting a police response shortly after noon.

According to the police report, a female victim was approached by a man who allegedly sexually assaulted her before stealing her cellphone. This incident set off a chain reaction, leading to further alarming reports from the area.

Investigators revealed that the suspect followed another female victim to a nearby condominium. In a shocking turn of events, the accused purportedly forced his way into her condo unit, assaulted her, and subsequently, sexually assaulted a third individual who was already present in the unit.

The suspect, identified as Davian Guy-Lynch, was arrested following the incidents. Authorities reported that he was charged with multiple offenses, including three counts of failure to comply with a probation order, two counts of sexual assault, two counts of assault, two counts of forcible confinement, committing an indecent act, mischief, robbery, criminal harassment, and break-and-enter. The extensive list of charges highlights the severity of the allegations against him.

Guy-Lynch is expected to make a court appearance in bail court on Thursday morning. Importantly, it should be noted that the allegations against him have yet to be proven in court.

In light of the disturbing circumstances, investigators have released a photograph of Davian Guy-Lynch, as they believe there may be additional victims of his alleged criminal activities. This outreach aims to encourage any other potential victims to come forward and report their experiences to the authorities, thereby assisting in the investigation and promoting community safety.
