Witness Rhino Williams described how he heard a massive boom while at a nearby restaurant, prompting him to rush toward the explosion site to offer help. He recounted the sight of smoke and debris flooding the area, with the explosion significantly damaging neighboring structures, including a liquor store with multiple shattered windows.
Another nearby witness, Nima Tabrizi, recounted experiencing intense vibrations from the explosion while inside a cannabis dispensary.
