Peel police are currently investigating two separate incidents of alleged sexual assault that occurred in Brampton on Monday. According to reports, a woman in her 20s was targeted at a mall located near Dixie Road and Clark Boulevard around 12 p.m. The suspect, described as an unknown man, approached her from behind and allegedly grabbed her buttocks. After pushing him away, the victim left the scene and promptly contacted the police.

Just two hours later, a second incident involved a girl under the age of 18 who was waiting for a bus at a transit terminal situated at Central Park Drive and Queen Street East. The suspect approached her from behind and initially attempted to engage her in conversation. After sitting next to her on a bench, the suspect reportedly grabbed the girl's breast and then her buttocks when she tried to leave the area. Following this distressing incident, the victim quickly left and reported the assault to the police.

Investigators believe that both incidents are linked to the same suspect. The description provided indicates that the assailant is a Black male, estimated to be between five feet eight inches and five feet ten inches tall, with a medium to heavy build. Authorities place him in his mid-30s to 40s. He has short black hair, which could be closely cropped or styled in short braids, and features patchy black facial hair.

The Peel police are urging anyone with information regarding these incidents or who may have witnessed anything suspicious in the mentioned areas to come forward and assist in their investigation.
