Peel Regional Police are actively investigating a series of sexual assaults that occurred along a trail in Mississauga, and they believe that the same suspect is responsible for multiple incidents. The police are appealing to the public for assistance in identifying the individual.

According to investigators, the suspect targeted several victims between May and August 2025 in the vicinity of Lake Wabukayne Trail. Reports indicate that the assaults took place near the tunnel bridge located close to the intersection of Glen Erin Drive and Windwood Drive.

The police release highlights that these incidents involved an unknown assailant who approached the victims on the trail and grabbed them without any prior provocation. Thankfully, none of the victims required medical attention following the encounters.

The suspect is described as having light brown or black skin, with a thin build. Witnesses stated that he was typically seen wearing a neutral-colored hooded sweatshirt along with basketball-style shorts.
