The first incident took place on May 29, just before 7:30 p.m., in the vicinity of Harwood Avenue and Clements Road West. A woman was approached by an unknown man who allegedly touched her inappropriately before quickly fleeing the scene. The following day, May 30, around 4 p.m., another woman reported a frightening experience while walking through a plaza located at 314 Harwood Avenue South. On May 31, just before noon, a third incident occurred near 75 Bayly Street East. A man approached another woman and forcibly grabbed her backpack, which caused her to fall to the ground.
